- Chandan Shetty started his career as a call centre executive after completing his graduation in Business Management. He worked in the call centre for one year.
- Later he met famous music director Arjun Janya through Chiranjeevi Sarja, under whom he started working as lyricist and assistant music director.
- He has worked in more than 30 movies in his 5-year-long career as a lyricist, singer, and music composer.
- He launched his first individual track ‘Halagode’ (2015), which established him as an independent artist. Since then, he is also known as ‘Kannada Rapper Chandan Shetty’.
